Q: What do Passport Stamps get me?

A: Passport Stamps can be collected into sets which can be redeemed for prizes. 

Additionally, some single Passport Stamps can be redeemed as Instant Winners!

You can pick up a Game Board to save your Stamps on at participating retailers.

Q: How do I earn Passport Stamps?

Stamps will be attached to fresh batches of Road Trip Fifty Packs, Ounce Packs,  Twelve Packs or Seven Packs, starting the first week of November 2024.

Q: Is there a limit to how many Passport Stamps can I earn?

A: NO!

Q: How do I get my Prizes?

A: You CANNOT redeem any prizes at retail locations.

Any prizes including prerolls will be redeemed in the form of gift cards.

Road Trip Passport Promotion Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The Road Trip Promotion ("Promotion") is open to participants aged 21 or older who purchased the product with an affixed game piece in person from a retailer located in the state of Michigan. Employees of Road Trip, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Purchase Required: Only the individual who purchased the product to which the peelable game piece was affixed is eligible to redeem the game piece.

Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on October 1st, 2024 and ends on March 1st, 2025. Game pieces must be obtained and any prize claims must be made by April 30, 2025 to be eligible.

How to Participate: Purchase any specially marked Road Trip product to receive a peelable game piece. Certain game pieces offer instant prizes, while others are part of a series that must be collected to unlock a prize. (See Prize Table below.)

Must be 21 years or older to purchase Road Trip, to participate in the Road Trip Passport Promotion, or to redeem any prizes.

How to Redeem Game Pieces: To redeem a winning game piece, mail the original game piece to:

Be sure to include your name, the name of your local dispensary, your mailing address, email address and contact information. 

All submissions must be postmarked by April 30, 2024.

Verification: All game pieces and accompanying purchases are subject to verification. Road Trip may require additional information or proof to verify the authenticity of the game piece and the purchase of the product it was affixed to before processing the redemption.

Right to Deny Redemption: Road Trip reserves the right to deny redemption of any game piece if there is any indication of foul play, abuse, or actions that undermine the general principles of fairness in this Promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, attempts to duplicate game pieces, fraudulent claims, or any behavior that Road Trip, in its sole discretion, deems to violate these rules or the spirit of the Promotion. All decisions made by Road Trip in this regard are final and binding.

Prizes: Prizes are listed on the Prize Table below. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other item. Road Trip reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Compliance: This Promotion is conducted in accordance with Michigan law and is void where prohibited. This Promotion is for the promotion of Road Trip products only. No other businesses or products are promoted through this game.

Alcohol and Cannabis: Prizes will not include alcohol or cannabis products where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for complying with state and local laws regarding the possession and use of cannabis.

Publicity: By redeeming a game piece, entrants agree to allow Road Trip to use their name, likeness, and participation in the Promotion for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Participants may revoke this right with an express written request to Road Trip.

General Conditions: Road Trip reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Road Trip in its sole discretion. Road Trip reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the game pieces or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these rules or any other promotion.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded, including the determination of whether the dispute is subject to arbitration, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its rules. The arbitration will be conducted in Michigan, and any court with jurisdiction may enter judgment on the arbitration award.
